VOLUNTEER ROLE DESCRIPTIONS
GUEST AMBASSADOR (1PM - 7PM)
As a guest ambassador, your role is to greet our guest players and power party guests as well as check to make sure they have everything they need to enjoy the event. This may include making sure they have answers to any questions that they may have or just coordinating with Topgolf guest services to ensure that they have a beverage of choice. There may be a need periodically throughout the day to assist with other aspects of the tournament or power party.
RAFFLE TICKET HOST (12:30PM - 6:00PM)
The raffle ticket host is a very important volunteer role as you will be walking around throughout the tournament and power party area offering raffle tickets for our 50/50 raffle and/or other items that will be offered as a raffle. The handling of monies will be required for this volunteer role as well as a mobile device for electronic payments.
CHECK-IN / REGISTRATION (12:30PM - 2:30PM)
A critical role in this day is guest registration for the tournament. We want to make sure that we make it an effortless guest experience for our players to arrive, check-in, and arrive to their assigned bay to practice prior to tournament play.
BAY SETUP (12PM - 1:30PM)
Prior to tournament play, this volunteer role will assist with setting up the bay where our golfers will play. This may include setting up gift bags, beverages, food, etc.
SILENT AUCTION SETUP (12PM - 1:30PM)
This volunteer role will help us setup the silent auction area with all the amazing items that have been donated, including signage that explains how to bid on items.
POWER PARTY GUEST CHECK-IN (4:30PM - 6:30PM
Beginning at 4:30pm, guests will arrive for the Power Party. Each guest MUST have a ticket or be on the guest list to enter. If they do not have a ticket, they will be required to pay $35 to enter. Your role will help guests arrive and ensure that they are registered, on the list, or accept payment from each guest not on the list or who do not a ticket.
SILENT AUCTION CHECKOUT (6PM - 7PM)
At the conclusion of the silent auction, this critcal volunteer role will help us ensure that our guests receive their winning bid item(s). Prior to handing the winning items to the guest, the volunteer will be required to ensure that the item is paid for.
